Following
the success of Special As I Can be, I have created a new 12 song CD of
children’s affirmations, Love is a
Circle.
This
is a bright, happy collection of positive songs for children and is ideal
for use at home or in schools. Upbeat, cheerful affirmations help youngsters
develop positive life-skills such as self-esteem, persistence, acceptance
of self and others, a ‘can-do’ attitude and tolerance of colour,
race and creed. It’s fun and easy to sing along with and the lyrics
are included in the accompanying booklet.
I felt very excited after listening
to Love Is A Circle despite
having high expectations, having been impressed with Anne's previous singing
affirmations CD's. Once again the lyrics, singing and music gel so well
and, as I was listening, I kept thinking how beneficial these affirmations
are in helping children think positive and feel better about themselves;
they cover many aspects of so many important areas vital for promoting
and developing children's self-esteem. As a parenting course facilitator
I will certainly make good use of it and will be recommending this CD to
all of my course participants.

Year 1 at Good News School. I have really
enjoyed it and the affirmations fit really well with a social skills program
that we teach called You Can Do It. I have used it as quiet music
in the afternoon when the children have a short rest time after lunch-time
play.
